Originally known as our Garlic Parm Bowl, this New Orleans favorite got its new name after Cardi B came to the city, tried our bowls, and loved them so much that we decided to name this one after her.
The Cardi Parm Bowl is loaded with Cajun-boiled shrimp, crawfish tails, chopped chicken thighs, and Veron smoked sausage — a one-of-a-kind Louisiana staple with bold Cajun flavor.
Then we bring it all together with our homemade creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, made from scratch with real cream, cheeses, fresh garlic, and authentic lump crab meat.

Each Cardi Parm Bowl is approximately 16 oz and packed in a secure, seal-tight container. Perishable orders are shipped Next Day Air with dry ice to help keep the product properly chilled during transit.

This item ships via UPS Next Day Air Saver with dry ice. A $35 perishable packaging and handling fee is included in the shipping rate shown at checkout. This helps cover insulated packaging, thermal protection, cold packs, dry ice, protective wrapping, tamper-evident food-safe packaging, required shipping labels, and special handling.
