I understand that there is a 5–7 business day processing timeframe once my order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

I understand that once my order is fulfilled within the 5–7 business day processing window, it will then be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout

I understand that Rolling With Melia packages all orders securely to minimize the risk of damage; however, Rolling With Melia cannot control how the shipping carrier handles packages. I understand that Rolling With Melia is not responsible for damages that occur during transit, and that any consideration for compensation is strictly at the owner’s discretion. I also understand that I may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

I understand that Rolling With Melia is not responsible for stolen packages. If my order shows as delivered but is missing, I must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

I understand that my order will be shipped to the address I provide at checkout. Rolling With Melia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

Please be advised that our dishes contain shellfish and are prepared in a kitchen that handles seafood, including shrimp, crawfish, and crab. While we take great care in preparation, shell fragments may occasionally be present. Individuals with seafood or shellfish allergies should exercise caution when consuming our products. All seafood is thoroughly cooked; however, please note that consuming seafood carries an inherent risk, especially for those with certain medical conditions.
