Processing Time
All orders require 5–7 business days for processing. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time begins once your order is successfully placed.

Shipping Time
Once your order is fulfilled within the 5–7 business day processing window, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary based on the carrier and service chosen by the customer.

Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Rolling With Melia is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses entered by the customer. Please verify your address carefully before submitting your order.

Damaged Packages
Rolling With Melia packages all orders securely to minimize the risk of damage; however, we cannot control how the shipping carrier handles packages once they leave our possession. Rolling With Melia is not responsible for damages that occur during transit. Any consideration for compensation is strictly at the owner’s discretion, and customers may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Rolling With Melia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

Carrier Delays
I understand that packages may experience delays during the holiday season, due to weather conditions, or from other carrier-related issues. Rolling With Melia is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

 

SEAFOOD SHIPPING POLICY

Seafood Shipping Policy:
All seafood orders are prepared fresh and shipped with care to maintain quality and safety. To ensure freshness, we only recommend next-day shipping. Orders placed by Friday evening will ship the following Wednesday. Orders selected with slower shipping methods will be automatically refunded.

Important:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address where someone can receive the order.

  • All orders must be signed for by someone 18 years or older upon delivery.

  • Please refrigerate immediately upon arrival to maintain freshness.

All seafood items are securely packaged with insulated materials and cold packs to preserve quality during transit. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

By placing an order, you acknowledge the perishable nature of seafood products and agree that we are not liable for issues resulting from shipping delays beyond our control. If you experience any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for review.
